"So Jonathan, you have done alot of traveling in almost every part of the world, which airlines have you enjoyed the most?"
"Great question. Well, I must say that Asians are king when it comes to comfort and hospitality when flying. I have flown on China Airlines, Thai Air, and Singapore Airlines and found each one to be a step above any other airline I have ever flown. Singapore Airlines, though, takes the prize in comparison to every other airline I have flown with. Even though I flew in economy, it was like flying first class with any American airline. If you ever have the opportunity, I highly recommend you spoil yourself and fly with Singapore Air. Truly the best of the best when it comes to flying in comfort and class. "

This should not be so
The United States is consisdered arguably the most prosperous country in the world. Our standard of living, per capita income, and life expectancy are all some of the highest in the world. Yet we are also one of the sickest, unhealthiest, most overweight countries in the world also. The rate of serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabedes climbs every year as well as the percentage of our population either overweight or obese.
How could this be? Shouldn't we be able to afford things such as quality healthcare, proper sanitation, and access to quality, fresh, and healthy food?
There are a number of different answers to those questions, many of which I might get in trouble for if I stated here on this blog. But I welcome your comments and opinions on why this sad fact is true that America is one of the most prosperous yet one of the most unhealthy and sick countries on the earth.
If you want some great health advice on a number of different topics, check out my website www.salubrioushealth.com and arm yourself with the knowledge you need to not become another statisitic in the disease/overweight category. To your health and abundant life!

Welcome
My name is Jonathan Russell and I wanted this blog to be about three of the things things that I am most passionate in life: health, wealth, and traveling. My mission in this blog is share with you the wisdom and insight I have gained over the years about the subject of health, proven opportunities to provide you with wealth (I will not share anything that I myself have not been personally successful with), and some cool stories and photos of my past and continued travels all over the world.
