You become what you behold

Today's entry will focus upon my quote of the day, which is by a man named Wallace Wattles:
"Medicine as a science of disease has increased disease; religion as a science of sin has promoted sin; and economics as a study of poverty will fill the world with wretchedness and want."
Whether you are searching for health, wealth, or any other of the blessings that this life has too offer, a great first step in the accomplishment of your goals is too visualize yourself in the state you desire to be in. Acknowledging a problem is yes, the first step in fixing it. If you are in debt $50,000 it is important to acknowledge the fact that this is your current financial situation. But dwelling upon a problem is a whole other issue, which will only make it worse.
So this day I make a challenge to you: whatever area of your life you are seeking breakthrough, daily visualize what it will look and feel like too attain that breakthrough, whether it be in your health, finances, relationships, or anything else. Focus upon the solution to your life and stop letting the present reality of your problem steal your energy.
Another one of my favorite books, the Bible, has this too say about this subject in Phillipians 4:8: "Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things."
Remember, whatever you dwell on, that is what you will reproduce in your life.

Simple Weight Loss Suggestion

Here is a great and simple tool you can implement into your life to help lose weight. Try and eat you evening meal at least 3 hours before going to bed each night. One of the main ways people put on unneeded weight is by eating heavy meals late at night. This occurs because the body digests the food into fat while sleeping as opposed to burning it off through activity.
Eating your dinner at least 3 hours before departing will ensure the vast majority has been burned off when you go to sleep and will even enable you to lose weight in your sleep.
At first this might be a difficult change to adjust to and you might find yourself getting quite hungry before bed. Eat something light such as a piece of fruit that will satisfy your craving but not cause you to put on fat while sleeping. Eventually your body will adjust to this schedule and you will no longer feel hunger before bed.
And for today's quote:
"There are dreamers, but not all human beings dream equally. Some are dreamers of the night, who in the dusty recesses of their mind dream and wake in the morning to find it was just vanity. But the Dreamers of the Day are dangerous people because they act their dreams into reality with open eyes." T.E. Lawrence

Quotables

One of my favorite hobbies is reading. I often spend most of my day in the bookstore reading books about subjects that I am passionate about. Even though I have finished university, I will never stop being a student.
In addition to information about health, wealth, and the glories of travel I am going to begin posting a noteworthy daily quote full of hope, wisdom, inspiration, and life.
Today's quote is from a book called The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles:
"Medicine as a science of disease has increased disease; religion as a science of sin has promoted sin; and economics as a study of poverty will fill the world with wretchedness and want." Wallace Wattles
This quote reminds of me of the saying very popular of principle of personal development that whatver you focus on you will reproduce in your life.
Another famous book called the Bible says it this way: "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."
